Memory Album
GETTING STARTED
A chronological memory album makes the most sense if your goal is to honour and celebrate someone’s life from childhood to the present. It is a good choice if you have photos available to document the years. Chronology requires that you sort and organise your photos and memorabilia. A memory album, without chronology, can be assembled in a few short hours. Start by using journalling boxes to write down a dozen or so favourite memories of a special someone. Example: " Grandpa Stan’s favourite place to be was in the garden. When we’d visit we would help dig up his potatoes. He made it feel like digging for buried treasures." After writing your favourite memories, mount your assorted photos on album pages and add your journalled memories every few pages. Keep your page enhancements simple by using a single sticker design such as hearts or flowers throughout your album. |
