Storytelling
This style of journalling uses descriptive phrases or personal anecdotes to describe the experience. Imagine yourself sharing your photos with a friend. Now write what you would tell them.

Journal enhancements
This style of journalling allows you to enhance your journalling with outlines, quotes or phrases to say just what you want to say in a meaningful – or perhaps whimsical – way.

You may choose one favourite approach, or try a little of each. What’s important is telling the story, getting it down before the details get fuzzy.
